They both helped us a lot and we could always contact them. Especially when you have pets, it's the best service you can get.

Early 2025 we started planning a move from the US to the UK and upon realizing how big this move was I started panicking.We needed help!From the first meeting with Noreen and Jean, we could tell they were professional, informative, competent, and kind.What we didn’t know was how hard they would work for us.On our end, we came across so many hurdles and at times I was on my last nerve.The move was put on hold, then on again, then on hold again, and the stress was immeasurable.Yet with every hurdle, Jean and Noreen handled it with kindness, support, and they always had an answer that helped to calm me down, and get me excited about the move.Bottom line. They had my back!From the beginning they had a plan and everything was going to be OK. Don't move without Citrus Relocation Services on your team! Brian, Jean, and the team at Citrus have made not only made our move across the pond doable; I can't imagine doing it without them. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and so efficient. At every corner they've been there with experts to guide us. Part of our move entails moving our two dogs and an obscene number of rescue cats, and they've introduced us to a wonderful service that will get our furry families members safely through the travel process. We have needed support with immigration, home purchase, shipping, insurance, travel, legal advice; they've guided us gently and efficiently through every step of the process. The comfort we get from having them with us through all of this is priceless, and yet their rates are very reasonable. They've also supplied the calm and caring we've needed when dates have moved or hiccups have arisen. Both Jean and Brian have lovely senses of humour. Can't tell you how much that has helped, too! I'm not usually one to bother with reviews, but I asked Citrus where to share my feedback because I want others to find them, to have true allies in any moves like ours. I cannot really fully express my gratitude, but I'll say I give them the highest recommendation that I can. Use Citrus. Period. You'll be so glad you did!

My family of four had to take a 2-month, temporary work relocation to central London, with perhaps a 3 week lead time? It was a hectic time for all with a grade 5 and grade 8 in tow, but made into a vacation of sorts by Citrus and their supporting relationships with vendors.I think an undervalued aspect to the excellence of Citrus Relo's services is that EVERYONE we worked with and all the providers sent our way were excellent. As a multi country expat, I have a larger community of multi-nationals as my community... and I have learned to not over-brag about how easy our short-term in London was. Generally, everyone has a horror story or two, and not only was our stay great, it lacked any negative stories to share.Sue and Jean were incredible main points of contact and I worked with them many times and highly recommend their thought-out yet personable style.Details:Home search: Top floor with large patio in Marylebone was the perfect space for us. I would buy this property if I could!The packer/ unpacker/ personal organizer was excellent and efficient. We hope to have her return for packing time! She was great and practical.Private football coach: Dragan is fantastic. He's an excellent football trainer and is great with our children. When we return for holidays or to visit family, I know we'll be reaching out to him for a quick session. He helped my kids get to know some others he trained locally.

My fiancée, our pet rabbit and I were moving from Ireland back to England after 20 years. I was definitely a little overwhelmed at the prospect of managing every aspect of a move like this so I was delighted to find Citrus. Kasia, Noreen and Jean have made our move as smooth and as seamless as move like this can be. All three are very caring and professional and I, my fiancée and our rabbit felt genuinely cared about and well taken care of during the whole process. A lot of companies promise care and top class customer service but Citrus has demonstrated that during every step of our moving journey.The fact Citrus have been able to introduce us to great partners (for house searching, utilities setup, movers etc) along the way has also been very valuable. Again, making the stressful things about a move as easy as it possibly can be. One example was our tenancy agreement, the estate agent had made a few mistakes, multiple times, but Citrus managed this very closely which again took the stress of this off my shoulders.Lastly, we are moving to a small town in the midlands. I was very impressed that they were able to provide all of their services, including settling in services, for our small town. I’m sure it posed a bigger challenge than a large city like London but they still delivered it for us.

We recently used Citrus to help our family three plus our dog relocate from Chicago to London (August/September 2025). Noreen was our primary point of contact and she was always available and extremely helpful. The main service we used was the house hunting service. After a survey of our preferences, Citrus set up a full day of viewings of potential properties with a consultant who sent us full videos of each, along with videos of the surrounding streets. Many of the listings were ones we would not have found at all on our own. Noreen went above and beyond and was able to have a few listing agents do videos for us of a handful of additional properties as well. In the end, one of the extra homes that Noreen located was perfect for us. Although I'll note that the consultant also had very good judgment and let us know right away when a video wasn't worth watching because there was an issue with the property! Citrus also helped us identify two potential moving companies, one of whom we selected. Our items were packed and shipped and unpacked right on schedule. We are very grateful to Noreen and Citrus for helping our family make this big move!

We recently moved from New England to the UK. Initially, the concept of performing every task associated with this move felt absolutely insurmountable. Thankfully, ChatGPT recommended Citrus Relocation has a reputable and helpful relocation service in our initial stages of planning our move.We reached out and within days we were meeting virtually with Jean. To say that investing in these services was worth every penny and then some, is the understatement the century.Jean supported us from the beginning to the end and beyond. When things felt chaotic, Jean would jump in and support in every way she could. At one point, I was so, so overwhelmed with selecting and applying for schools for our daughter in the UK (very different than the US!) and Jean just said "Leave it with me". Sometimes, you hear just the right words in the moment you need to hear them most, and the stress just melts away. Jean was there consistently for us, and she has become a deeply admired person by our family. We could not have done it without her, and the team at Citrus. Even if she was out of the office, there was still always someone we could reach out to. I would recommend Citrus 100x over and would never hesitate to use them again!

Moving to a new country is a daunting task, but with Citrus Relocation's help, things are moving quickly and surprisingly easy. They worked with me to find a flat, helped me setting up utilities, bank accounts, and everything else that is needed to start living in the UK. Jean, my relocation manager, is very knowledgeable, super kind and super patient. I cannot recommend Citrus Relocation more.

I moved to London for work and chose Citrus to support my relocation due to time constraints and a demanding job. While they initially came across as friendly and trustworthy, the actual service fell short.For the significant fee they charged, I expected expert guidance on suitable areas, access to off-market properties, and professional support in identifying red flags and assessing fair pricing. Instead, I received little to no direction.Location-wise they just played back to me the recommendations I got from my friends and the entire search depended on last-minute availability the day before the viewing. My basic requirements - fresh apartment, no carpet - were overlooked, and the only acceptable apartment was one I had identified myself the day before the viewing and shared with the consultant. This apartment was booked late in the itinerary and by the time we got there, it already had an offer. I ended up rushing a decision under pressure, overbidding without any support from Citrus or the consultant that was with me. The consultant didn’t contribute to the viewings and missed several red flags in the property.Their final invoice was sent within minutes of the offer being accepted, and from that point on, their involvement added even less value. I raised concerns about the quality of the service I received, but all I was offered was a small discount after I had already made the final payment, so I never received the money back.I could have done a remote viewing for the same apartment the day before, secured it at a much lower price, avoided the trip to London, saved Citrus high fees (which brought no real value), and spared myself a lot of stress.Overall, I don't see who can benefit from Citrus services. If you come here looking to save time or get expert help, you're better off managing the search yourself. The service is expensive, and in my case, not only offered no real value but caused me a significant loss.

Moving our family to London from the United States was very daunting and overwhelming. Citrus took a lot of the stress and uncertainty out of the move. They were extremely helpful in deciding on a neighbourhood and finding home to rent. They also had prompt responses and help for settling in. The Citrus team was exceptionally helpful in relocating our family from the Chicago area to London. They met all our requirements for housing with specific constraints on budget, commuting time, and allowing 2 dogs. They walked us through the process including a personalized 1 day tour to see houses, negotiating with the real estate agents, settling in services for utilities, phones, WiFi, all those seemingly minor things that make up the rhythm of daily life. I cannot imagine how we would have done this without them!

As a single woman relocating from NYC to the UK, I cannot recommend Noreen and Jean from Citrus Relocation enough. From the beginning, Noreen answered any and all questions I had and was very transparent about what might be available within my budget and with a pet. I appreciated this immensely. The virtual viewings of the flats with the agent were very helpful and the agent was very transparent as to if they were actually viable options or not. They supported me through the whole process, and followed up with the agency, despite the agency’s abnormally slow responses, and handled this part at a time I could not with trying to wrap up my life and move. They also helped me with setting up utilities and a phone plan, which I was able to land with when I got here. If you are looking to make your life and relocation easier, less stressful, and smoother, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for everything that you ladies did.

tldr: Jean is the kindest and most professional help you can get when moving to London!My partner and I recently moved to London, and we had to deal with a lot of the usual bureaucracy that goes along with moving. Visas, paperwork, property viewings, utilities — it all seemed to take forever. Luckily, Jean jumped in and made what could have been a pretty stressful situation a lot smoother. She was super helpful and kind every step of the way.At first, we had a nice conversation with Jean where she asked about all our needs. We gave her a very short timeframe to find a suitable property (shame on us), but she handled it like a pro. In no time at all, we had a list of available properties to choose from.Jean is a cat person, so she gets how important our two cats are to us. She was really patient and explained everything we needed to know about finding a pet-friendly apartment and offered advices on helping our cats adjust to London life. On top of that, she also reviewed every document for us, making sure we never signed anything that wasn't in our best interest.Jean was very professional and helpful throughout the process, but what really set her apart was her genuine warmth. With their support, we moved into UK and got settled into our apartment within 3 days. They assisted in getting us an apartment before our arrival, checked through the rental agreements on our behalf, doctors registration, even got our son a football academy to register, all before our arrival.Their comprehensive school search and support enable our son to resume school on the day school reopens. It has been a very pleasant experience to relocate to UK by having the service from Citrus Relocation. As a foreigner, it's always difficult to know the local house market, view and rent the house, not mentioning so many details I couldn't pay attention to at once. My husband and I moved from the US to the UK in February of 2022 with our cat. We decided to hire Citrus to assist with the housing search and it was an excellent decision. Relocating to a new home is always difficult. This difficulty becomes bigger when the move involves a change of country. But, moving to a different country in a context of a pandemic and the Brexit is simply overwhelming. In such a context, my family was lucky to find Citrus Relocation. They provided us with support in all steps of our relocation, from finding a house to connecting the services. But all relocation companies do that. What make of them something different is that they provided me support almost in real time, sometimes helping me to fix issues during weekends and nights. But that’s not all: they also connected me with other companies that provided complementary services to those offered by Citrus. And, again, their services were excellent. This excellent service Citrus and their associates gave us went beyond our contractual agreement, both in terms of topics and time frame. They helped us to sort issues that we didn’t include in our agreement, and they even did it once we were settled in—without charging us new fees.I will try to avoid relocations in the next 100 years, but believe me that if we finally change our plans and relocate again, my first call will be to Citrus.

Brian and the team at Citrus Relocation Services were fantastic in helping my daughter secure an apartment in London when Covid restrictions made it impossible for us to travel from Australia to be there in person. They managed the whole process seamlessly on line and via video calls from determining her needs and preferred locations, video inspections and then liasing with the property agent to secure the preferred property. By the time she landed in London all she had to do was collect the keys. Would highly recommend them and their service.

Cannot recommend services provided by Citrus enough! Relocating from Australia to London in the middle of the pandemic was made seamless by the Citrus team, with them organising a day of extremely in-depth virtual property tours with an agent going to each property, sending videos of the property itself and surrounding areas, and answering any questions that were unclear from the footage alone. It had previously been difficult to get real estate agents/landlords to take us seriously as tenants given we are international students that were not in London and hence unable to even attend a property viewing, however, this completely changed once we enlisted the help of Citrus and we received great service. The move in period has also been seamless, with Citrus providing assistance in getting bills, etc. set up. The team are extremely friendly and professional, would definitely recommend!
